  • Economy Shipping (Contiguous U.S.) (orders $99.00 and up): Free, 5 to 8 business days
  • Economy Shipping (Contiguous U.S.) (orders $1.00 to $98.99): $15.00 USD, 5 to 8 business days
  • Economy Shipping (Hawaii and Alaska): Calculated at checkout, 5 to 8 business days

2.2 Carrier Options: We also offer shipping through UPS with discounted rates from Shopify. Available services include:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: Calculated at checkout
  • UPS 3 Day Select®: Calculated at checkout
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Calculated at checkout
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Calculated at checkout
  • UPS Ground®: Calculated at checkout

2.3 Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.

3. Domestic Shipping

3.1 Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3.2 Delivery Time: Domestic shipments typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days for economy shipping. UPS service delivery times vary based on the selected option at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Delays

5.1 Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

6.1 Damaged Orders: If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tremetes.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6.2 Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@tremetes.com. We will assist in tracking the order and, if necessary, initiate a replacement or refund process.

7. International Shipping

7.1 Not Available: We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
